River City Church

If I had to write my life story, I'd call it Under Construction. Thankfully, Jesus loves us the way we are, not as we should be, and his love transforms us into his image over a lifetime.

I have a friend who says church ought to be "GOSPEL + SAFETY + TIME."
We all need a church where the Good News of the Gospel is preached every week.
We need a safe place where we can let our hair down or stop sucking in our gut.

And we need time. Time to rest from the performance-driven world and time to grow into the person God has called us to be.

I'm glad the people of River City Church let a man who is "Under Construction" be their pastor. Hope to see you soon.
